The Crew's Columbus Day Weekend Tournament is a great opportunity for mid-level clubs to come together for a weekend full of games, goals and good times. Each year hundreds of local youth fill our fields in Elmwood Park and play their hearts out, competing in matches throughout the day.
This is a family-friendly event and all are welcome - from teams of various age levels to family and friends as spectators. Enjoy the sporting atmosphere, satisfy thirst and hunger at our concession area, and check out soccer merchandise for sale. Most importantly, have fun!

Coaches or representatives should check in their teams no less than 1 hour before game time. Copies of official team rosters should be submitted along with valid player cards and payment (for those that have not paid in advance).
All players must be currently rostered and registered youth soccer players in good standing with an appropriate governing body.
Guest players are not permitted.
Players may only play with a single team during the course of the tournament.
One day tournament per age group. 3 games guaranteed.
U8 games are 25 minutes straight through, 7v7
U10 games are 30 minutes straight through, 7v7
U11 games are 30 minutes straight through, 9v9
U13, U15 games are 35 minutes straight through, 11v11
If tied in the final only, 10 minutes extra time added.
If still tied, 3 penalty kicks (small sided) or 5 penalty kicks (large sided.
If still tied, ‘sudden death’ penalty kicks.
Standings tie breakers to be determined by 1.) Head to Head Result 2.) Goal Differential.
Games will follow standard NJ Youth Soccer game rules
Unlimited substitutions are allowed, with the referee’s permission, at every stoppage in play (for example, throw-ins, goal kicks, corner kicks, after goals, upon stoppages for fouls, etc.). Free substitution is allowed for all age groups unless teams are advised in advance otherwise.
Players must be clearly standing and waiting at the mid-field line to be substituted and the assistant referee should be alerted, to the extent possible, of the request to substitute at the next stoppage of play.

Coaches, players and spectators are required to conduct themselves within the laws of the game.
Two yellow cards in a single game is a sending off for the rest of the game.
Straight red card is a 1 game suspension. All suspensions are wiped off for the final.
Please obey all traffic directives and speed limits in the area. Park in designated spaces only.
Use trash receptacles and clean up after your team after each game.
No smoking near game spectators or fields.
Sanitary facilities will be available.
No alcohol is permitted on our fields.
Team families should refrain from bringing in large amounts of outside food. Our concession stand will have plenty of food and drinks available throughout the tournament. Patronizing helps us keep tournament costs down.
